When you first arrive at The Homestead, you will be welcomed by sprawling Cottonwood and Elm trees, and the vistas beyond. The Mesa Verde Motel is located in the heart of the beautiful Mancos Valley at the intersection of Hwy 160 and Hwy 184. It consists of 16 non-smoking rooms, 8 with two full size beds, 7 with one queen size bed and 1 family unit with two full size beds and one queen size bed. All rooms are air conditioned and equipped with 32” flat screen Televisions and coffee makers. Most rooms have refrigerators and microwaves. There are two dedicated pet rooms available and an outdoor hot tub for our guests. All rooms are very clean.

We have 5 units – all with private baths. Two rooms in the main lodge are traditional B&B. The log cabin sleeps 2-4 and is very romantic.
