HomesFund is a HUD certified 501(c)3 nonprofit.  We provide Home Buyer Education Classes providing an overview of everything you need to know to prepare you to purchase and own a home.  With HUD certified counselors, we provide free Homeownership Advisement to help you determine if homeownership is right for you, what steps to take next, and answer any questions you may have. Once you are prepared to purchase your home we offer Mortgage Down Payment Assistance and several mortgage products that will meet your specific financial needs.
