Zumba – Dance Fitness
Come join me, all ages and genders for Zumba Dance Fitness and a great cardio workout. Zumba combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body using principles from aerobic and fitness to achieve cardio and muscle-toning benefits, mixed in with choreographed Dance Fitness songs. Every Wednesday at the Mancos Community Center from 5:30 to 6:30. 17 and under are FREE.
